As we approach the holiday season we thought we would answer some of the most common questions we get asked when it comes to gifts.

When is the last day for ordering for Christmas?
Currently our last date is December 5th, that may change as we get closer to the date depending on the volume of orders we can manage but Covid restrictions make it trickier and safety is everyone’s priority. That said many items are out of stock already and will not be restocked again before Christmas so don’t wait if you have your eye on something for under a tree.
Will anyone be able to tell what is in the parcel?
Santa’s little helpers like to keep things low key. We use cardboard boxes and plain, eco-friendly envelopes without any logos or identifying symbols so even if your order is intercepted the contents will remain completely safe from enquiring eyes.
Our packaging is made from recycled materials or it is fully recyclable. We wrap everything in a strong tissue made from recycled materials, which we encourage you to reuse.
I am sending the order as a gift- can I include a card?
All your orders have a handwritten note inside. If you would like us to address that note in a particular way just let us know in the comments when checking out online. We never include packing slips or invoices in your parcel so you don’t need to worry, just make sure you complete the shipping address as thoroughly as possible when ordering, including Eircodes. You can look up Eircodes here if you need to.
What if the size is wrong?
If for any reason you change your mind we are always happy to exchange unused items in their original packaging. You can find out more about exchanging or returning items here. Should you wish to exchange an item in advance of Christmas we will do our very best to make that happen. Please contact us for more information.
One of the reasons people worry that they may need to exchange an item is due to size. Our costumes are generously sized and tested on Irish children of all sizes so we are confident that you do not need to “size-up” when ordering. We recommend that you order the costume in the same size as the wearer’s normal clothing. A size 4 winter coat will be a size 3/4 costume. For ease of reference, we have more information about sizes on each costume page. The dimensions are on the page at the bottom and we suggest you use these to compare to the wearer’s existing clothes if possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders will be processed within 7 days, including personalised ID cards. If your order includes an item that is on pre-order then your order will be sent all together in one delivery when the pre-ordered item is available. We will keep you updated on the status of all pre-orders.
When your fabulous new uniform has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch along with a tracking number for the parcel. We use An Post for all our postage. We offer Express tracked delivery in Ireland as standard. Typically that is a next-day, signed-for service however due to the volume of packages being handled at this time of year it is taking considerably longer. We suggest keeping an eye on the tracking information in your notification email.
It is worth noting that in order to speed up the delivery process and to avoid parcels being held or diverted we recommend you fill in your address as completely as possible when ordering. If you have an Eircode please use it.
Can I collect my order?
As an online business we do not have a physical shop so we are unable to facilitate in person collection of orders at this time.
Do you deliver to outside of Ireland?
We delivery to Europe but we cannot currently accept orders for delivery to the US as the postal service is not reliable at present.
